Hi everyone including the four legged members of staff,
14 months on and my dog kennel is still looking fab and I still get a warm gooeey feeling when I walk towards it, not only is it incredibly functional but it looks so good, the store on the side was inspirational and I use it every day. I spoke to Michelle yesterday regarding a replacement flap and the massive price tag, It warms the cockles of my heart to say it, Michelle was immediately on the case and I am awaiting a call......
From day one  Reeves has been represented by knowledgeable and caring staff and I only wish I was nearer and I would come in and give you all a hug......and cream tea (alternative for Cate..) fresh from Devon

Hi Cate,
I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent  prompt service you've given us.
Our kennel was installed today as promised. The guys arrived at 8-30 this morning and had finished by lunch time. My husband was at home whilst they were here and was really impressed with their work & the quality of the kennel.
I was at work and came home to everything finished and looking great (think I might sleep out there myself tonight!!).
When we have a few more pennies we would like to add another 2 kennels on. Hopefully in a year or so.

Just a note to say very, very many thanks for sorting out my kennel in such a short period of time. I arrived back from a business trip last evening to see it gleaming away in the corner of the stables, fantastic!

My wife is so please that my dog is no longer destroying her kitchen, I’m happy my wife is happy but... my dog is not so pleased although I know he’ll grow to love his new home.

All to often people don't say thanks for a job well done - well we are saying a big thankyou to all your team. The assistance we received when enquiring about the product and the spec. for our rather large Chesapeake was extremely helpful and appreciated. We placed the order and you gave us a delivery time which was spot on and that helped with our planning as well.
The two guys who delivered and installed the kennels were very professional and extremely friendly and polite, despite having been on the road since 5am - they never stopped working.
I hope they enjoyed their meal at The Lomond Hills and that their next delivery up in The Highlands went okay.

Reeves installed for us over a year ago two triple Blenheim kennels and we are over the moon with them.
